We do not share your information with any third party companies or sources.
Any information we retain from you such as Name, Number, Email and Address stays in our company system to be used for contacting you in reference to your inquiry. We do not spam our leads or customers. We do sell their information to anyone or any company.
If you feel you are receiving messages or mail form us you do not want you can contact us so we can remove you from our marketing immediately.

All unused items, defective or wrong items received are eligible for returns within 30 days.

Unused and un-altered products may be shipped back at buyers expense for a full refund of the items only.
Shipping will not be refunded unless the items were damaged in transport or incorrect item was sent.

If your item is damaged or not functioning properly we will be happy to pay for return shipping and refund you soon as we receive the item back at our warehouse.

Used items:
If items have been used or cut to size they are not eligible for return or refund. Any drilled holes or signs of use in item will cause the return to be rejected as per our refund policy guidelines.

Eligible for Returns:
Unused Items are eligible for returns. If the item is damaged or incorrect from what was ordered, we will pay for shipping back to CM warehouse and refund you. If items are no longer needed or ordered by mistake. Customer is liable for shipping return charges. Items eligible for return can also receive a credit towards next purchase if buyer chooses. You can exchange items for example if you requested chrome finish and received a matte finish instead. We will exchange free of charge for mistakes made by us.

Shipping Address and Delivery Practices:
CM will only ship to the address provide by the customer in the order placed. Please be sure to double check the shipping address is correct before payment. If you made a mistake and realize you have a different address you would like shipped to we need to be notified prior to shipment. Closet Manufacturer is not responsible for customers providing incorrect shipping addresses. Upon shipment we send all customers a message with tracking and shipment information, that is a last chance to confirm or make changes in delivery address. Once delivered we cannot recover a package from an incorrect address destination. Only the customer can make that request from postal service and tracking info provided.

Signature Required:
Sales over $100 will require a signature confirmation by the receiver. Be sure there is a person available to receive and sign for packages at the location from 8AM -7PM.
